Why are my windows left wet?
We leave the pure water on the glass because there are no minerals or detergents in it. As it dries, it should leave the glass clear without water marks.
What does 0 PPM mean?
PPM means parts per million. A TDS meter measures dissolved minerals in water. Tap water can contain hundreds of PPM, while pure water is filtered down to 0 PPM for cleaning.
Can you clean in the rain?
Yes, in normal rain. Rain water is usually around 10 TDS, so it has far fewer minerals than tap water and does not automatically make windows dirty. It is usually a lack of regular rain and cleaning that lets dust and dirt build up on the glass. With a regular pure-water cleaning schedule, your windows can still dry clear even if they are cleaned while it is raining.
What should I do after a clean?
Let the windows dry naturally and avoid wiping the glass. If it is a first clean, old detergent or heavy dirt may continue improving over the next regular cleans.
